[Well, your rabbit-y steed seems to be having fun.]

[Though it stops at the base of the stairs, ears perked straight up. Around you, you can see a stark living room. You can see snow falling outside the window, and a small flame going in the fireplace -- though it's fortunately covered by metal screen.]

[You also see Bright Bravery by the window, focusing intently on whatever's outside.]

Ah, it's my companion! [ pointing at Bright Bravery ]

[Bright Bravery immediately turns around and holds up a single stuffed paw to his embroidered mouth.]

Be quiet! Don't give away our position!

[ eyes widen and he nods ]

What is the situation like?

[Bright Bravery gestures outside the window, where a rabbit toy without any visible seams sits by the window, remaining completely still with its eyes on Bright Bravery...and now you.]

This one has been sitting there, likely in an attempt to make psychological warfare. I saw another one earlier, but it hopped under a bush...Most likely it's planning something.

[ watching the rabbit toy, trying to take in as many details as possible ]

How long ago did that other one hop away?

Only fifteen minutes ago. It was fast. Faster than any toy I've ever seen.

[The toy rabbit beyond you sulks and mutters something rude under its breath.]

Ah, my apologies. I appreciate your assistance in coming down the stairs.

[ turns his head slightly and tilts his head, trying to not give the impression to the rabbit outside that he's talking to someone ]

[ then he pauses, thinking about how fast he was carried here ]

You're welcome. [The toy rabbit says with pride.]

How fast would you say you are?

The fastest toy there ever was! Even faster than a toy car!

[The toy rabbit poses proudly. Bright Bravery turns to with a curious look, wondering what you're thinking.]

[ I am no tactician and I'm better suited for for hacking and slashing but let's see what we can do here ]

Perhaps we can use our friend's speed to our advantage...

[Bright Bravery ooohs and aaahs at your intelligence.]

Do you intend to chase the enemy down?

It seems to be our best course of action.

We'd need to make our way Outside...This window is made of a very sturdy material.

[Bright Bravery taps his fuzzy paw against the glass, that seems to resolutely stay in place.]

There is a flap on the door to the Outside. We should all be able to push it to get through.

Then we should quickly make our way there

[Bright Bravery nods, leads both you and the rabbit toy under the couch, and towards another hall to a kitchen where many appliances stand high. But there isn't much time to look as Bright Bravery leads you straight to a closed door, with a flap at the bottom of the door. It's not very big, but it's enough for each of you to go out one by one.]

[You can feel a blast of cold as Bright Bravery makes his way through.]

I'll scout ahead.

[ I grew up in a wintery land so this cold is nothing to me.

but he nods at Bright Bravery and places a hand on the rabbit toy ]

[Bright Bravery nods to you before making his way all the way through.]

[And then you hear a muffled shriek, and a deep voice on the other side of the door.]

What is this...?

[ quickly peeking through, trying to maintain his position and not give himself away, just to see what was the situation is ]

[You see a doctor, though for some reason you can't make out the details of his face.]

[But you can clearly make out the fact that the doctor is holding a now motionless Bright Bravery with two fingers, holding the toy away from him.]

Goodness. This isn't where you belong.

[And then the doctor starts to walk around the corner of the house, taking Bright Bravery with him.]

[ pulling back in and looking at the rabbit toy ]

Bright Bravery has been taken!

[The rabbit toy leaps into position.]

We must go! Now! Now!

[ nodding and getting back on top ]
